I had to think for a while before answering, and I believe that, excluding family when growing up and girls I was dating or sleeping with... I never had an oops moment! Otherwise, if it doesn't have to be unexpected, then it must have been in the showers at some gym, but I don't think this is what the outbog1 meant.
