I was a pizza guy in my late teens/early 20s. A lot of people ordered a 2 liter bottle of soda with their food. The main thing that I did to get a good view if the woman was wearing a shirt that might provide one was hand her the food then put the bottle on the floor. And yeah, thinking about that now, I wouldn't want someone to put my soda on the floor. Anyway, that worked great! She'd pick it up when she came back to the door and I'd get a nice down blouse. I even told new drivers to do that when I trained them.
As for my experiences, I got plenty of down blouse views, many in nightgowns, of course there were many women wearing a towel but none dropped it. One woman came to the door wearing a guy's button up dress shirt that wasn't buttoned. It hung open to give me a great view of her huge breasts as she bent over the table counting the money. I then noticed a guy laying on the couch she they were probably one of us. A group of girls around my age at the time ordered pizza.
