I think it's something to do with already being in lycra, but there are a couple of weird experiences around cycling.

Firstly - Ride London. In the park where you can leave your bike at the end to look around the finish and stalls etc. there is a changing marquee. Just a big empty tent. Well I walked in and there was maybe 2 or 3 other people in there changing under towels. I had brought a change of clothes and some wipes to clean up but no towel so I went and stood at the Gents end and facing the canvas stripped off. nudity seems to attract nudity and two women in their 30's came and stood about 10 feet away. One got changed facing the canvas the other facing me. They looked up saw me looking so I said I think this is the gents end and they just went a bit red, but carried on.

In my cycling club we do indoor group training on static bikes during the winter. It gets really hot so I normally just have a running vest and my cycling shorts on. It's not uncommon for the ladies to unzip their tops fully during the ride or to strip down to a sports bra straight afterwards. On one occasion we all sat around afterwards in effectively our underwear.

Most people I've done a cycle tour with I've ended up guarding the view so to speak whilst they piss behind a hedge/in a field etc.
