Police say charges are pending against a woman on methamethamine walked down Liberty Street in Franklin while nude.

Franklin Police say a woman, later identified as 46-year-old Rachel Everhart, of Franklin, was reported to have walked down the sidewalk of Liberty Street and entered the Quality Inn while completely nude.

After receiving the report, police proceeded to the area, located Everhart, and questioned her about the report.

According to police, Everhart confirmed that she did walk to the Quality Inn naked and was then given a sheet to cover up with and returned to her residence. Everhart also reportedly confirmed that she had smoked meth a short time before the incident.
