She wasn't a nudist, or a stripper. She said she was just feeling totally uninhibited and wanted to really put herself out there. We'd never seen her naked before that (in fact, I'd never seen her at all until that day), and none of us have seen her naked since then. For those few minutes she even invited strangers to come up and photograph close-up between her legs but covered her face, because she's active in her church.
We saw her a few times after that, but always in at least a swimsuit while the rest of us were nude. She occasionally joked about "that day".
By the way, I have seen guys do exactly as in your example. It usually turned everybody off, or we just ignored him. But this woman was too beautiful and too explicit to ignore.
