Let's set some things straight:
Of course there's boners in German saunas. Very, very rarely, but there is. As long as your discreet about it, i.e. cover up and think something unsexy and people can tell that youre embarassed, you won't get into trouble. The second you start to waive him around and/or are obviously enjoying the situation in whatever way, it'll be the end of your sauna day - period.
Of course there's sexual activities in German saunas. Even more rarely, up to the point that you can go there for years without ever encountering it, but for sure there is. But: Those are between couples that go there together. It's never, ever with strangers. Or, to put it into perspective: chances a stranger's hitting at you in a sauna are as slim or slimmer than a stranger hitting at you at a bus stop. If you frequently get blown by strangers while waiting for your bus you might get lucky in a sauna. An inconvenient truth: The only strangers that could be willing to have sex with you right there are the ocassional gay dudes.
To set those two facts in relation to the story above: If you were to talk to a single random girl in a sauna while fully erect the normal reaction would be for her to have you kicked out. It is absolutely possible, that there are rare occasions where she does not but, and I cannot stress this enough, you're an idiot if you think that's because she enjoyed it. It's because she's scared and/or disgusted and thinks it'll be over quicker if she plays along. If you don't believe, you seriously should interact with more women socially, they will tell you.
I enjoy this thread a lot and have contributed a few stories myself, but let's just keep the stories true and free of sad misconceptions (and of course absolutely free of made up sad misconceptions).
