Patti is former Playboy Playmate and PMOY, and wife of Jimmy Connors, the former tennis player. That pic is from Playboy Magazine from over 40 years ago, back in the late 70s. I remember the pictorial well - three Playboy Playmates took a (mostly nude) river-rafting trip with a couple of lucky male guides. No need to point out that Patti isn't currenly as hot as she was 40-something years ago, as she's pushing 70 these days.
