It is far from "automatic" that she will do anything I ask, far from it. I have learned valuable keys to behavior over the years however, and I am getting better at predicting outcomes when certain events are put in motion.
Alcohol is a key player lol. I am sure very little of this would have happened without it. The wife has been hard on herself over the years for her "behavior" when she drinks, and has resolved to do better. I always counter with the fact that I love a lot of the stuff she has done when drunk (but came short of admitting how much of it I manipulate).
If she really does not want to do something, she won't. It is the grey areas where she can be pushed a little.
