I think some women are very aware of how it looks and do it deliberately to show their breasts off albeit in a more subtle way. Earlier this week there was a very attractive woman wearing a tight fitting knit top and the outline of her bra cups were quite prominent underneath. She caught me admiring them and gave me the biggest smile which I returned. If she hadn't planned that look before, I'll be she does it more often going forward. I happen to love it!
