Something similar in Italy a few years back. German woman wearing a floaty summer dress (the type that buttons up at the back and is fairly loose) was tending to her toddler. The kids wasn't doing what she wanted so she bent down about 2m in front of me to scold the child. I got a full, unobstructed view of her smallish tits, stomach ad pretty much everything down to her waist. She stayed that way for a few mins, catching my eye as she came back up. She appeared to not care less about what I had just seen
