Wife and I first tried a mixed nude sauna about 20 years ago.
I was 24 at the time, she was 19 and at that time we were not yet married.
For a few months I had been asking her to try it out, since a few female colleagues of mine had said it was so relaxing and so much fun.
So finally she agreed to give it a try. The fact that her sister also like going to the nude sauna did influence her decision.
On that morning, we both were a bit nervous cause it would be the 1st time naked in public for the both of us.
We checked in and started undressing and at that time I was hoping I could keep my erections under control
So after a short shower we started to look around a bit. It was not too crowded and there were lots of couple of all ages. So luckily not too many single guys which might have scared of my wife a bit.
In the beginning, we woar our bathrobe tightly, but noticed that lots of people walked around totally naked or just partially covered. The 1st sauna we took was just 75 degrees C, so not too hot but good to start.
That 1st round took about 15 minutes after which we hit the shower.
But coming out of the shower, my wife didn't even bother to put her bathrobe back on.
She just d****d her towel round her hips and walked around topless.
Not that long after, she didn't even bother to cover up at all and walked around naked like lots of other people.
So I followed her good example.
During lunch she told me that it was so liberating and so much fun, wishing she had said yes the 1st time I asked her to come along. Specially swimming in the nude was her favourite.
And no sign of any shyness neither. At one time, she was standing at a stand full of newspapers and magazines looking for something to read. Next to her was an older gentleman (70+) and she chatted with him for a short while, all the time remaining naked. Even though I was sitting about 10m away, I could see he was not looking straight into her eyes all the time they were chatting

But hey, I could not blame him checking out my 20yo wife's C-cup while standing less than a foot away.
So luckily for us, she really loved that 1st time and we have been going to mixed nude saunas, nude beaches and nude swims ever since.
