But, for myself personally, since I got married, I've never pulled out the exes for a good time. I've taken a look, but it's purely just a nostalgia thing to remember who I went out with and what they looked like physically. I'm sure it's different for younger men though.
I rarely enjoy things myself anymore due to a few things like my wife taking care of business and life getting in the way, but if I do, I will start with a few pron vids but only to imagine my wife in that same scenario and then move to pics or vids of the wife.
