Sort of. These are typically the "adults/couples only" venues. They are less common than the "family-oriented" clubs or "swingers clubs"; but the venue I described kinda fits that "in-between" category.
While we were there one guy hung out with us - with a full erection. No one really batted an eye; and we even invited him and his GF to play pool with us. Like I said in a previous post: my wife is not ok with actual sex in front of her or being propositioned; but she is fairly open-minded about letting it all "hang out."
