I dated a girl who was in medical school and she told me that in one her physical therapy classes they constantly had to strip down to a swimsuit or sports bra/shorts to practice different massage and palpation techniques. She had all sorts of stories about this and working with hired patients on different physical exams, though for the sake of this post I can tell you about her changing story.

In the classroom there was about thirty people, about twenty guys and ten girls. There were was an exam table in the front and a small curtain set up next to the bed. My girlfriend volunteered for the next demonstration and when she got up front she was ask to step behind the curtain, strip down completely and put on a hospital gown.

She told me later that week when I saw her that when she had fully gotten nude, that she stood there for a moment knowing that her classmates were looking at the curtain. She was also worried about the back of the gown opening, which it die when she got on the table face down and the professor d****d a cloth over her butt. Over the course of twenty minutes her classmates gathered around looking at her fully nude face down with a small cloth over her ass. Several even got to feel along her spine as they talked about examining the back. She said that when got dressed her classmates were right next to the curtain and she could see the tops of several of their heads and make out outlines of them through the curtain.
