The International Naturist Federation, British Naturism and almost every naturist organization would disagree with you. The proof that there is no unofficial wink to sexualization is that families (with children) are encouraged at genuine naturist/nudist places. Swinging environments do not allow children.
Does your local nudist club allow/encourage families with children? - If yes then it is unlikely there is an official "not-sexualized" policy and an unofficial acceptance of "simmering sexuality".
Are you hit on more in nudist resorts because it is sexualized? or because you seem more attractive?
If it is sexualized then everyone would be hitting on each other like at a singles bar or swingers club. Maybe you are more attractive naked because your whole beautiful body (not only your massive dick) is on display (cf the premise of the TV show "Naked Attraction"). Maybe you are more attractive because your personality is on better display because you are more relaxed and already have something in common - naturism. Naturist clubs, like churches, tend to be friendly open places.
Every naturist club I have knowledge of, will tell you that they get a number of prospective male members who only visit once. These men were hoping for an erotic thrill in seeing naked women or to hit on a woman ("they are naked so 'obviously' up for it"). These men never returned - they were disappointed because the nudity was not sexual and the women were not up for it just because they were naked. Difficult to believe until you have experienced it.
