One of my wife’s best friends and my MIL.
We go swimming almost every morning in the weekends, did so all through the winter. Started clothed, but progressed to nude swimming.

One of the last times was interesting. My wife decided that it’s now so warm in the weather that being nude isn’t longer necessary (being nude when it’s cold is better due to not having to deal with wet swimwear in freezing conditions). She didn’t tell her friend that though, so when we arrived we had swimsuits on, but her friend hadn’t brought any. There was an older man there already, swimming nude.
When we took our robes off the friend made a comment about it being awkward that she was the only one naked. The other man piped up that he was naked too, and I said that I would go naked as well to make it less awkward.
So my wife’s friend and I swam naked while my wife had a bikini on. MIL wasn’t with us that day.
The next time the friend was topless while the rest of us had swimsuits on. After swimming my MIL took off her swimsuit while donning her robe, but my wife wanted to go in again. Prompting her mother to join she complained that she didn’t have her swimsuit on anymore, but my wife said to her that it shouldn’t matter since we’d been swimming naked all winter, so MIL joined them naked the second time. I stayed ashore holding their robes and handing them to them as they got out of the water.
When we dry off afterwards there is no shyness so I see them all naked at that point anyway.
Also saw a couple of random women who were swimming naked one of the last times as well.
