Personally, I think Billymo's suggestion is a bad idea and one she probably wouldn't go for anyway.
If her only holdup is that a stranger might be dangerous, aggressive or dirty (and he very well be all three), I see two ways around it.

A) Most hotwives and/or their husbands (cuckolds) place an ad on one of quite a few websites to meet prospective candidates (They're called "bulls") and after getting to know each other for a while, will meet them for coffee or cocktails. If that works out, they will set up a date and they're off and running and the bull is no longer a stranger.

B) Would she agree to someone she already knows? A trusted friend or aquaintance who already has the hots for her is a viable candidate and shouldn't be overlooked, even though its a bit riskier. He would have to know that there are no strings attached and that he is the lucky THIRD. There is a hierarchy involved and he is at the bottom of it. He would also have to be someone you trust to keep the secret.

The most important thing is trust and honesty between hotwife and husband. There are no secrets between them. They are a team, working and enjoying the game together. Any other way rarely ends well. If your wife fucks someone without your knowlege and keeps it secret, you get nothing out of it and it's called cheating. If you set something up without her knowlege by getting her drunk or by coersion or some other devious means, well, that's a horrible thing to do to your wife and says a lot about you as a husband and a person in general. Not to mention the legal issues that could lead to charges being filed.

As for my wife and myself, we met and became online friends with a guy right here on OCC. He and I talked online for years and got to know each other. Eventually, my wife would converse with us and later, they had private conversations where she got to know him. The three of us were friends long before they became intimate.
