It was easy
I never had to convince my wife to be an exhibitionist, sometimes I had to get her to tone it down. The first time we played strip poker with another couple, she was a bit shy, but once all the clothes came off she liked showing off, a lot. From then on she was the 1st to suggest some stripping game or skinny dipping. She even shaved her bush when no other women did that unless they had a baby, but to show off.
