You are required to wear clothes at reception, in the supermarket, AND in the sit down restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The food place at the pool is nude, though, and they won't let you in the pool area if you are wearing clothes. At the popular lunch restaurant near the Marina most of the patrons wear sarongs or just wrap their towels around themselves.

But the security people will tell people to remove their clothes if they are just walking around during the daytime.

Koversada and Solaris aren't quite as strict on the nudity aspect, so it is quite common to see people wearing clothes when going to their destination, then they strip off once they find their sunbathing spot.
