Accident but no injury
My first time with one of mine was her first time ever so I used a condom, and the damn thing broke just as I was finishing. Fortunately the break was about half way between the ends and I was able to carefully withdraw from her without spilling anything. It may have just been that that one was defective, but I gave her all the credit.
