Clothes cutting game
I have no info on this photo, but it seems to be a clothes cutting game to me. One guy has his jeans cut down to about his knees, and another seems to be missing his pants entirely. The amazing part, of course, is that their blonde friend is in her bra and panties, but most of her panties have been cut off. She only has a waistband and a tiny strip of fabric to offer her modesty. Also attaching a picture of what her Divissima panties probably looked like before they were cut to ribbons.
