Valalta, Koversada and similar resorts in Croatia are naturist resorts, so people are almost nude everywhere, from the beach to the pool, inside the camping ground, restaurants and even at the camping reception or the parking lot. People have to dress or cover to go inside the supermarkets for obvious hygienic reasons, for the rest almost everyone is naked. At Valalta it is forbidden to be naked at the reception! The only other place forbidden is the supermarkt. Everywhere else is nude. It was very rare for me to see youngsters covering up as you say, most are naked in my experience
