For my wife, when she was 40 she wanted to surprise me with boudoir pics, she wasn't sure of who she wanted to take the pics, this was pre-internet, so all she had were the Yellow Pages. None of the photographers advertised boudoir pics, so she asked a friend of hers, she knew her husband was a photographer, how she would feel about her husband taking her pics.
The friend actually showed my wife a portfolio of the pics her husband had taken of her, they were very tasteful, very artistic. So they set it up, my wife isn't the shy type, but posing nude and semi-nude for a guy she knew was strange. I saw all the proofs, my favorite was one with my wife in a sheer robe, back to the camera, her butt visible, a bit of side boob, her face turned in profile. We still have it, but it has just been for us.
My wife got interested in photography as a result, bought some equipment and took some classes. Subsequently a friend whose daughter was very pregnant wanted my wife to take some nude pics before the baby was born. I got to see them, very beautiful, nude but not erotic at all.
