I did think about putting this in the "Embarrassed Forced Strip in Prison" thread, as it involves police officers, but technically it doesn't feature in a prison. Instead, this video involves the police at an office, where they are questioning a secretary who is none too willing to co-operate with their inquiries. I do not know where this is from, but the jist is that the cops believe she is hiding dodgy money on her person. When she refuses to allow a strip search, they overpower her and handcuff her hands behind her back. It's only then she begins to really get agitated as she realizes they are going to strip her and she is helpless to prevent them from doing so - though she gives a good try!
