When my wife was pregnant, she got sick and was hospitalized in her second trimester. They couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong. They had seven different specialists look at her. One of those specialists always had her drop her top every time he checked her out. She already had big boobs (36d) but being pregnant just made them bigger. He would do this in front of me, even chatting me while he felt her tits. Asking me, what I did for a living, was I excited about becoming a dad, all while squeezing and examining her engorged tits. Of course that specialist was also the one who figured out what was wrong and how to treat her without harming the baby.

After the baby was born, she would still have regular checks with this doctor and pretty much every time he'd have her take off her top during said check-up. She didn't really think much of it nor did I. It wasn't until she asked a friend of hers who is a doctor as well who said there no reason for her to be topless. Her friend was a younger doctor and the specialist was in his 70's so maybe it was a generational thing. I researched the guy wondering if there were any complaints about him and I couldn't find any. He retired a few years later so whether it was necessary or not. He got to see and play with my wife's tits at mass capacity.

Not sure he jerked it since he was alot older but it's fairly safe to assume he enjoyed himself.

P.S. Both my wife and kid are healthy, so all's well that ends well, haha.
