Abilene police: Topless woman arrested for public intoxication

An intoxicated woman drew the attention of Abilene Police on Wednesday night outside a business in the 100 block of Walnut Street.
At about 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said, the woman was walking on the street topless when contacted.
She put her blouse back on, police said, but then pulled her pants down and urinated on the sidewalk.
