You could build up to it. Start off with her doing sexy poses for you during sex. Then keep telling her how sexy she is and make her feel sexy and the next time ask if you can take a photo of her in her lingerie. Then next time topless... etc. Until she is comfortable being photographed nude. Then during sex start some pillow talk about what famous guy she's want to have sex with. Then role play he's there. Then pillow talk a scenario where somebody else is watching her. If she's getting aroused little by little then you can broach the topic of putting a single photo up (without face) during sex with her and see how she reacts. may take a few months though!
