As others have mentioned, asian (Chinese in my situation) tits usually have the best chance of seeing their nipples. They usually have small breasts with bra's that do not fit. 2 woman in my life that I've seen their nipples/inside their bra multiple occasions.
1. My manager when i first started working out of school. She as in her 50s, completely oblivious type old Chinese lady. Tops were loose, and she was quite flat chested. Her bras literally offered nothing, and you could easily see inside her bra due to the terrible fitting tops she wore. The problem was, her breasts were so small, that you can't even see the nipple due to the shadow of the bra. This also sparked my fetish on downblouse, which I never had till I started working for her.
2. My MIL, few years after I left my job, I got married, and my MIL is a beautiful Chinese lady. This time though, her nipples were those constantly erect ones. She has a good 4cm nipples that you can see if she's bra-less. You know when she was younger, she was a 10 and had multiple guys chase after her (from stories). So this is my life now, waiting for summer and hoping for a good view every so often. Flat chest + big nipples + oversized bra is the most prone IMO.
Sometimes I wonder if my MIL is aware, she has been bra-less few times and the outline of the nipples can be seen from 30 feet away.
