So the Mrs. and I had to cancel our January trip to DRM due to the current situation; it was to be our first trip to a Desire resort and we were pretty excited just to escape the neverending snow of the PNW. Consequently, we ended up scheduling another trip to a c/o place in Arizona for next month...but still wanted to get down to a Desire resort sometime this year. Well, Desire has been running some amazing deals (compared to what we originally booked/paid for) and we had to pull the trigger on a trip in September. Six nights, airfare (albeit cattlecar), all-inclusive and two free massages for $2K. No, I'm not a shill for them, just really HAPPY about that deal (our January trip was well north of that).

Anyway, I know more than a couple of you around here are Desire/Hedo/Caliente/Dewey's type travelers, so I just wanted to start a thread asking for info/tips/stories about your visits to the Desire resorts. We've been reading the DesireMexico forum stuff and a bit on Reddit (I loathe Reddit), but I do respect the opinions and thoughts of you, my fellow pervs. So if you have anything to share about Pearl or RM, I'm all ears and totally appreciative.
