One other computer related way that I've done in the past and will probably do again soon (computer problem) is to have good pics as the background and/or in open folders that can easily be seen when someone is using it. Apple support has had to remotely log into my computer to try to diagnose a problem so the person on the other sides gets to view them. Meanwhile, we're just talking about the issue with no mention of what's on the screen.
