My wife is competitive (and an exhibitionist) so she would definitely get naked instead of backing out. I'm sure would laugh it off as she has been seen naked by thousands before so this wouldn't be anything new.
Also, I would find it hot and definitely keep a copy of that photo my phone to show others!
