I consider braless and nipple pokies through tops to be two different forum threads. Braless to me is when a woman is obviously not wearing a bra. Her nipples might not be poking through her shirt, but you can tell by the obvious natural shape, ie. droop or sag, that she does not have a bra on that is lifting and holding her breasts in place. Or, it is obvious by the gentle sway or bounce of her breasts as she walks. Or, while her nipples might not be visibly hard, you can still see the color of her areola through her shirt which obviously shows she is braless. Nipple pokies through tops can suggest she might not be wearing a bra, or she is wearing a thin bra that does not keep her nipples from sticking out when they are hard. This is just my observation.
