I tried to edit my last post, but couldn't. To late.
The last photo is indeed from London, from the X between Vauxhall Bridge Road and Millbank. According to Google Street View there is a big highrise there that wasn't build yet when the photo was taken, but the buildings you see on the right are on the other side of the river.
