Look at the back of the card. There's a website address. Open the website and assign yourself an address and postal code. Prepaid works on CCBill and on most sites. It no longer works with OnlyFans - which takes a 20% commission from models, so avoid them if you can. I haven't tried prepaid with OCC. It should work unless OCC requires you to authentic the card via a bank transfer - if they do the card won't work because VISA conceals the exact purchase costs (to increase their cut on the rate of exchange + surcharges).
