This happened to me too 1 time (or maybe two times with the same chubby cashier wearing tight jeans), her zipper was completely open but there were too many people and it wouldn't have been possible to tell her without other people noticing so I didn't say anything(it wasn't that obvious when she was sitting as the cash desk was hiding it to a certain extent)
