I found this on reddit. I haven't had a chance to go looking for the real video but it shouldn't be too hard to find. If you're not sure what you're looking for, notice on the left that there's an uncensored boob. Not much but still probably pretty interesting to see on TV. It's a story about a WNBR event in a Canadian city called Edmonton.
