Mandacaru was a Brazilian soap opera (novela) in the late 90s. It had a story line about someone taking over a town and forcing local women to work in a brothel wearing topless dresses. The women are in lots of scenes in lots of episodes, but the majority of the time they're not the focus of what seems to be going on.
