Reverse image searching at present seems to involve searching
the whole internet or at least all it can see without going behind paywalls or into passworded areas. The good news is that this seems to include imagefap. I have found no facility within the search engines I have used to hone in on specific sites. As has been covered before, there always seems to be various levels of search to restrict certain searches to not include hardcore or perhaps dodgy sites. I click on "Unsecure" because I have a good internet security suite, which warns me to back-off if I try to stray into certain Russian sites and the like. You get more results this way and you soon learn what to avoid.
