If I had to guess
I would say that he has a copy of all the videos and photos that aren’t family related.
I also think it is extremely unlikely that he will post anything. He knows you know him so, depending on where you live, you could have him charged criminally for posting.
Also, you said he seems like a decent guy and you were embarrassed so he will probably keep them to himself, although he may show his buddies.
