That effusive and gracious response deserves not only an apology from me for not realizing that what I posted had no audio (i had heard the audio at the source, and blithely assumed my dl had it as well), but also an upload of the biggest version I could find that
does have it, since, as I think you'll agree, it's very, erm,
useful to one's appreciation of the whole...
