The Lifestyles group was based in Anaheim, they had a small office, a swingers travel agency, with lots of brochures as I recall. They sponsored monthly dances in the area and we attended them in Fullerton, La Mirada and Long Beach. The dance was where everyone met and then wandered off to rooms, but the bar was located in a different room to satisfy regulations. Several years later the government threatened to pull the liquor licenses of the hotels if the dances continued so the fun stopped. Lifestyles sued but lost.
There were a lot of incredibly sexy dresses and outfits at the dances so I asked where they were made. We were given the name of a tailor shop in Las Vegas that made costumes for the local dancers and strippers. After we had visited several times the owner asked if my wife would like to model for a fashion show. That's how we ended up at at the Red Rooster.
