Two instances
My friend's older sister was dog sitting for me. I came home and saw her sitting naked on the couch. Gave me a jump because I wasn't expecting anyone to be there and I'm sure she was twice as shocked.
Second time was a less personal experience. I saw my girlfriend's sister's nudes on instagram. Apparently she posted them by accident but a lot of people had seen them before she took them down. She always wore really baggy clothes so it was nice to finally know what she was shaped like
