My sister in law is notorious for this, even though she is generally terrible at sitting in a skirt. She will be spending time trying to make sure no one can see anything, but then a moment later she will spread her legs on the couch to bend over to pick up her cat, for example, flashing everyone around, then going back to defending it.
Another time we were inside the house and she was trying so hard to make sure no one could see anything, but then we all went outside to eat and she sat on the step with her legs wide open to keep her balance for a good 20 minutes, showing off her dark pink lacy panties. Then back inside on the couch she would do her best to defend the sights.
I remember one time I was on the floor with my then-baby and she was on her couch, hand between her legs to keep me from seeing up her denim skirt. She would move around and be especially careful. But then she wanted to hand the baby a toy and spread her legs to bend forward, flashing her white panties for quite awhile. Then she saw me looking and sat back and closed her legs again very quickly. But when it was time to stand up, she scooted forward and legs open wide to stand up while I looked, then I looked up at her eyes and she was staring at my eyes. Then she stood up, not seeming to care that I saw anything. The best part was that I know she knew I could see, and she didn't seem to care all that much.
She is a confusing one. All of these scenarios were over 10-11 years ago, though. I haven't seen up her skirt since. (Though I don't try since I don't really care to see up skirts all that much, generally speaking.)
