When I was in college I managed an apartment building and a house next door. The guy that owned them also had an office building downtown and I worked there weekends, some evenings, and vacations for some extra money. For managing the apartments and house and collecting the rents I got my apartment for free. The owner told me when I started that he didn't care how I collected the rent as long as the right amount of money went in the bank each month. He winked at me and I knew what he meant!

It was only a couple of months before one of the coed tenants asked if there was any way she could "work off" the rent. I asked her if she knew how to paint. (I had a couple of apartments that needed painting.) She said that she didn't. I asked what she could do and she said "Screw"! So she was the first!

It didn't take long until the word got around and I had more requests than I could handle! I didn't have enough cash to cover them all.

The woman who rented the house was a frequent customer, usually when her ex missed the child support payment. She had a son in high school and a daughter just started college so the money was a little tight. Her daughter knocked on my door one day. When I opened it she said "Hi! Mom sent me over to pay the rent!" She wasn't a virgin but she was very good in bed!

Some how the word also got around that I was bi. I must have mentioned it to somebody but I don't remember it. So, I had some requests from guys too. There was a young couple in one of the higher priced apartments that I had quite a few three-ways with.

It took me five and a half years to finish college, and in that time I seldom got horny!
