I agree.
The confidence gained by being openly naked at a nude beach/resort can translate perfectly into more being daring outside of nudist venues.
After a day at the resort, my wife is often feeling "liberated" and will wear a short dress/onesie with no underwear back from the venue. She's a lot self-conscious about the looks she gets because heck, everyone from the nudist venue just saw her completely naked. Her self-consciousness is "on pause" for a while.
