Not a massive thrill but definitely very funny at the time.

At a Florida theme park, my wife was wearing a pair of those floppy white trousers that were popular then. At that time, she rarely wore knickers.

We went on a white water ride during which the seats in the attraction were splashed with water.

As we walked away, our youngest son who was walking behind us burst out laughing and said "Mummy, everyone can see your bottom".

Sure enough, he was right. The wet seat of her pants had gone completely transparent.

She gamely walked on through the crowd. In the searing heat of the Florida summer, it didn't take long for the trousers to dry.
