I remember Get Your Kit Off well. Ran on Channel 4 about 2000, and involved two people competing against each other to get clothes from members of the public, and in return they had to do whatever forfeit that member of the public told them to do. Considering that the public sometimes had to part with their trousers or skirt (yep, genuinely so!), this was fair, and I recall one girl contestant had to bare her bum in front of a restaurant window in front of all the customers just to get a member of the public's clothing! I've also looked for this show in my time, but to no avail as yet. Good luck if you ever find it.
