I think most women do. "Exhibitionist tendencies" aside, even the most reluctant often will allow it if they feel comfortable with it and in control. Because deep down they all like to feel beautiful.
My wife is not a fan of being photographed naked; especially in a "sexual situation." But at nudist venues; where she feels comfortable naked, she will allow it. I will usually preface it with a good dose of admiration: "You're looking great! How about we commemorate it with some pics?!" and the overt flattery will win her over. And then she'll pose for me, totally naked, and actually enjoy it, taking instructions from me and posing in a variety of ways. She will even sit with me afterwards and go through the pics, selecting the ones where she feels she's the most attractive. It's usually the ones where her ass is sticking out and looks sexy lol!
The caveat, of course, is that she will murder me if I ever share them lol!
But the key for the more "reserved" wives is simply to make them feel "super hot." It's like getting them to do anything else, really...overt flattery does work.
