I've just enough real life experience with this pose, which I call "take your pick", which has always meant that I'm getting both openings from a friendly lady. As a result, I have a small fetish about this pose, and have spent lots of time (including this moring) stroking and cumming to pics like these. The first picture is one I took, just before sampling both places, the others are reposts from here and elsewhere.
