Probably the closed would be "white trash". Not in a racist way, as such, but more like a sort of "uneducated underclass" . I've only ever heard the word Chav used about white people. It's an offensive term in my book.
Most relevant here, is that it relates to class / lifestyle / social group etc and is not related to sexual promiscuity.
